  1.1.1 - We offer our customers two shipping / delivery options, delivery in 4 / 8 days - (delivery in the next 4/8 working days) and delivery in 5 / 10 days  - (delivery in the next 5/10 working days).

 

  1.1.2 - Shipments will be made the same day (in working days) if the order is placed and paid up to 12.00 hours in the afternoon. (Time: Hour Lisboa - Portugal)

 

  1.1.3 - The shipping costs will be automatically presented in the shopping cart by the weight / velometric of the product (s) selected (s), by default initially shows the lowest value of transport (delivery in 5 / 10 days) but at the end of your purchase can change to the option that suits you.

 

  1.1.4 - Free delivery is also available at the delivery point of the city of Felgueiras in Portugal.

 

 

  1.2 - Other Countries -  Rest of the world

  1.3.1 - Shipping costs to the islands must be consulted by the customer by contacting us by e-mail, telephone, whatsapp, or other, to confirm the amount to be paid.

  

  1.3.2 – If the customer belongs to Island areas our system by default will show the normal value for the peninsular zone but if the shipping address is in the islands the cost is different.  So if the customer completes his purchase without consulting us we will inform him of what has happened. If the customer does not agree with any increase we will return the money by the same way, we will return the money received in our account, if by chance the payment made was for example paypal we do not receive the total amount that the customer has paid, but the amount that Paypal sends us deducting its commission and this will be the amount that we return to the customer.
