1 - Exchanges and returns  

  1.1 - Exchanges or returns will not be accepted due to the specificities of the products.   

  1.2 - The period of complaint is 10 (ten) working days, it must always be justified by the Customer with evidence and / or evidence and accompanied by the goods that motivated the complaint.
